  “Shine Your Light” is our annual cash campaign that allows easy fundraising for the school. It will include a fun online auction of student experiences and friendly competitions among the grades to raise the most for FE! Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they’ll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation. Companies usually match donations at a 1:1 ratio, but some will match at a 2:1, 3:1, or even a 4:1 ratio. We encourage you to reach out to your company and see if corporate matching is available!

We will “glow all out” during FE Boosterthon’s nine-day program. Boosterthon kicks off in mid-September with character lessons and EXCITEMENT that leads up to our FE Firefly glow dance - “LIGHT UP THE WORLD”.

Our LIGHT UP THE WORLD event takes place during each grade level’s outclass. Families will be getting donations for the minutes their student dances. Money raised from this event goes toward student activities. 

Throughout the year, FE collaborates with local businesses to host spirit events. These events contribute a portion of your purchase to FE, while supporting our small business community. They are also a great way to get together with school friends and neighbors for a meal or to shop! See our events in the Fireflyer and the monthly calendar.

Next summer, be on the lookout for school supply orders! You order all of your child's school supplies in a one-stop shop. Each grade level has a package designed specifically for FE, and better yet, they are delivered directly to the classroom! A portion of the proceeds comes back to FE directly.
